Out of Hours
The normal Out of Hours service will be available during surgery closure - NHS 111 for advice 24 hours a day.
Call NHS 111 before going to A&E as you may be offered an emergency appointment in the community and therefore be seen faster.
If you have returned from GUINEA, LIBERIA or SIERRA LEONE or cared for someone with Ebola in the past 21 days and you have a fever or feel unwell. Please call 111 or the medical centre.

IF YOU CAN NOT ORDER YOUR MEDICATION - YOU WILL NEED TO VISIT THE SURGERY.

In line with the NHS zero tolerance guidelines on abuse of patients and staff, this Practice will not tolerate any incidents of violence, aggression and/or rudeness by ANY patients to the Practice Staff and/or patients either physically or verbally.
In the event of a patient being rude to Practice Staff or to other patients within the Surgery, or by patients using threatening and/or abusive language on the telephone, the Practice Manager will be informed by the staff member concerned. A letter will be dispatched to the patient informing them if there is another incident that he or she will be removed from the doctor’s list forthwith.
If patients continue to be abusive within the Practice premises, they will be informed that the Police will be notified and they will be escorted from the premises.
