URGENT PATIENT NOTICE

 

New Registrations

Due to the new computer system we are now unable to register new patients until Monday 1st July.  You may collect registrations packs from the surgery but please do not return them to us until July when we will be able to process them.  We apologise for the inconvenience.

 

Advance Appointments

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO CHANGE IN COMPUTER SYSTEM WE ARE NOW UNABLE TO OFFER ANY ROUTINE/ FOLLOW -UP  APPOINTMENTS UNTIL MONDAY 1ST JULY.  APPOINTMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PATIENTS THAT HAVE URGENT PROBLEMS THAT NEED TO BE SEEN THROUGHTOUT JUNE AND THESE WILL BE AVAILABLE DAILY.

Repeat Prescriptions

PLEASE CAN YOU REQUEST ALL REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS BEFORE 17TH JUNE AS OUR CLINICAL SYSTEM WILL NOT BE LIVE FROM THAT DATE ONWARDS.

 

THE NEW SYSTEM WILL START ON 3rd JULY AND WE WILL THEN BE ABLE TO BOOK ADVANCE APPOINTMENTS WITH ALL OUR DOCTORS

Noticeboard

Test Results
Please telephone between 12pm-1.30pm for the results of any tests you have undergone. The telephone is not so busy at this time and the Reception Staff are more able to assist.

Blood tests take a minimum of 5 days, X-Ray results take between 7-10 days, although some other tests may take longer

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Home Visits
Home visits are available for those who are housebound or too ill to come out. We can see several patients in the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit. Please phone before 11am for a home visit, indicating the degree of emergency to the Receptionist

Repeat Prescriptions

Please allow 72 hours when asking for a prescription to be sent to a Chemist.
